  • Harvest: hand-made in small boxes
  • Wine-making: the grapes are gently desteamed and pressed. The must is putted in steel tank
  • Fermentation: Spontaneous fermentation, with indigenous yeasts, at 16°C
  • Ageing: 50 % in steel tank and 50% in concrete tank before bottling for 6 months
  • Alcohol: 12.5%
