- Wine-making: the grapes are gently desteamed and pressed. The must is putted in steel tank
- Fermentation: Spontaneous fermentation, with indigenous yeasts, at 16°C
- Ageing: 50 % in steel tank and 50% in concrete tank before bottling for 6 months
- Alcohol: 13.0%
